3/30 AP World History

Over spring break the students need to read chapter 23 pages 670-681 and all of chapter 24. For chapter 24 the need to write 2-3 sentences summarizing every section of chapter 24. The summarizes will be collected for a grade the first class after spring break.

AP students will have a reading quiz on pages 656-670 on Thursday.

AP World 3/16/12

AP Students need to read pages 640-650 before class on Tuesday. They also need to be ready to write a DBQ on Tuesday. The DBQ will be done in class and it is on Industrial Revolution. Students should be studying their rubrics and the essay writing helps at the beginning of their textbooks.

3/13/12 AP World History

AP students need to be ready to write a comparative essay on the American Rev and the French Rev (focus on Political characteristics). This essay will be written in class on Wed. For class on Friday read pages 629-640 and be ready for a RQ.

AP World History 3/8/12

Students need to read the second half of chapter 21 pages 610-624 before class on Monday. Also they need to review the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution and list three similarites and three differences between these two documents. This will be collected Monday for a homework grade.
