2/27 AP World

3rd period students wrote their DBQ today in class.  They also took notes on the rest of chapter 22.  Before next class they need to read pages 656-670 in chapter 23.  Possible reading quiz next class.

6th period students have a DBQ in class on Thursday 2/28 they also need to finish reading chapter 22 by next class.

2/21 and 2/22 AP World History

AP students took notes on The French Revolution today.  Tonight they need to read the first half of Chapter 22 pages 629-640.  Be ready for a possible reading quiz.  We will also be having a DBQ on 2/27 and 2/28 on Industrilization.

2/19 AP World

3rd period- Next class 2/21 students will take a RQ on the French Revolution and the Haitian Rev. Make sure you look over the French Revolution section of the book and also read pages 218- to the end of the chapter.  The chapter 21 charts are due on 2/21 for a homework grade.

3rd and 6th period classes took their Test on Chapters 19 and 20 in class.  They need to read chapter 21 pages 601-618 before their next class.  Be ready for a RQ.

AP World History 2/8 and 2/11

3rd period students wrote a comparative essay on the Ottoman and Safavid Empire today.  They also took notes on chapter 20 pages 274-286.  For homework they need to read the rest of chapter 20.  3rd period students will take a test on chapters 19 and 20 on Thursday Feb 14th.  There will be an after school study session on Wednesday Feb. 13th.

All of the above information is true for 6th period except your test will be Feb. 15th.

AP World History 2/6 and 2/7

All AP students need to read pages 274-286 before their next class.  There will also be a Comparative essay next class.  The essay will be on the Ottoman Empire compared to the Safavid or Mughal Empire in regards to Political, Social, and Economic characteristics.
